Most orders are embroidered and shipped within 3–5 business days. Custom and personalized items may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
